4410 Lightning is going to Worlds! See you at Houston!
4410 ARC Lightning has qualified for the DECODE FIRST World Championships in Houston, representing the State of Massachusetts.
All four ARC teams will be attending the MA State Championship at WIT on March 15.
Lightning was the first FTC team in ARC, and from it the club expanded to what it is today. This co-ed team has earned many accolades over the years, most notably qualifying for the FIRST World Championship in both 2025 and 2026.
Thunder has been an instrumental part of ARC since it’s founding in 2011. They have gained recognition by being a consistent contender at the MA State Championship as well as their 2019 participation at the FIRST World Championship.
Hailstorm is the club's all-girls team, with the goal of making robotics more accessible to girls from AHS and the larger community. This goal succeeded immensely, with the team growing from 3 members to 20 since 2015.
ARC Sandstorm is ARC's newest team, established in 2023. They are a co-ed team designed for new members of ARC to build the skills necessary to succeed in robotics and FTC. The majority of new members to the ARC system go through Sandstorm before moving on to the other senior teams.
