Team 10331 ARC Hailstorm was created in 2015 as the club's first all-girls team, with the goal of making robotics more accessible to girls from AHS and the larger community. This goal succeeded immensely, with the team growing from 3 members in 2015-2016 to over 20 as of the 2024-2025 season, collecting numerous awards and distinctions over the years.
