Spark Exchange is a student-built marketplace created by FTC Team 4410 ARC Lightning to make robotics more accessible, affordable, and collaborative. Too often, teams struggle to find parts quickly, pay high shipping costs, or let valuable components sit unused after a season. Spark Exchange was built to solve that problem by connecting FIRST teams and robotics builders in one centralized platform where they can buy, sell, and share parts with each other.

Our mission is simple: lower the barrier to entry for competitive robotics while strengthening the community around it. By giving used components a second life and helping teams source affordable hardware, Spark Exchange reduces waste, shortens build timelines, and makes high-quality engineering parts more attainable for robotics programs of all sizes. Spark Exchange exists to support sustainable growth and expand access to robotics education for the next generation of builders.
